RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, you can return them within 15-days of receipt. To return an order please get in touch with us info@phald.com

Your right of exchange or return is subject to the following conditions:

  • The products must be returned intact in their original packaging and they can not be used or damaged.

  • Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.

  • Items purchased in the sale period will not be refunded.

Please note PHALD™ do not cover return shipping costs, that means all expenses generated by a return or exchange, including the transportation of these items, taxes or customs duties will be at your expense.

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on our web as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate. 

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

We create a very limited production so all orders are subject to the availability of the products. If there are incidents in terms of supply or no items in stock, the customer will be informed immediately and if the purchase has been made, it will be refunded as soon as possible.

SHIPPING & SERVICE DELAYS

PHALD™ is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself. Customers bear the risks of damage and loss once products and orders have been dispatched by PHALD™. In cases such as these, please directly contact courier company with any inquiries about the status of your package and e-mail us at info@phald.com so we can also provide you information and support.
